AI Scheduling
Bemlo’s AI agent builds schedules, covers sick leave and fills open shifts within your rules, laws and agreements. You describe what you want, the agent does the work and you approve.
Pools
Bemlo fills open shifts with regular and pool staff first, shares staff between units and turns to temps last. The booking robot fills shifts around the clock, and cost is followed up by reason, unit and time.
Agency Management
Take control of your agency staff costs. Bemlo brings requests, candidates, licence checks, timesheets and invoices together under your framework agreements. 12 of 21 Swedish regions use Bemlo.

Do we have to use every part of Bemlo?
No. AI Scheduling, Pools and Agency Management can be used on their own. They give the most together, because a shift can then move from schedule to own pool and temps, and in regions on to agencies, in the same system.
Does Bemlo work with our existing systems?
Bemlo exchanges data with payroll, HR and personnel systems, so hours and supplements flow on without being entered twice. The integration pages list which integrations exist.
